2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued if Dr. Vimalarajan is unable to attend the scheduled consultation due to unforeseen circumstances (such as a medical emergency, personal emergency, or scheduling conflict).

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

• If the patient fails to attend the scheduled consultation.
• If the patient cancels without prior notice or within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
• If the patient is unsatisfied with the consultation outcome.
• If technical issues on the patient's side prevent a successful consultation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional cost if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance. To reschedule, please contact us during working hours.

4. No-Show Policy

If the patient does not attend the consultation and does not provide advance notice, the consultation will be marked as a "No-Show." No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

5. Processing Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been initiated.

6. Refund Request Contact

To request a refund, please provide: Full Name, Appointment Date and Time, Booking Reference Number, and Reason for Refund Request.

All fees for consultations must be paid in full at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change consultation fees at any time. Changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid for. We use trusted third-party payment processors; we do not store your full payment details.

• Regular Consultation: LKR 3,000 (within 3 days)
• Urgent Consultation: LKR 5,000 (within 1 day)

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice. Refunds are only issued if the doctor is unavailable for the scheduled consultation.
